Regular Products
If you
are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ship
your Striaex product back to us within 30 days to the
address below. We will refund you 100% of your
money less shipping with no questions
asked even if your containers are empty*.

> No refunds will be issued unless products are returned
with an RMA number.
Any returns received that do not have an RMA number
clearly marked on the outside of the box
will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
> Please allow 2-3 billing cycles from the day you return your order for
your account to be credited.
> Any complaints regarding damaged or incomplete shipments must
be made within 7 days of
purchase.
> Striaex will not process or refund any returns if they are marked return
